The Fairbanks Reentry Coalition

Vision

The Fairbanks Reentry Coalition envisions a community that is safer and stronger by being supportive of returning citizens.

The coalition will organize community organizations to engage in collaborative services and relationships.

Mission

The Fairbanks Reentry Coalition's mission is to create a community where returning citizens have the keys to successfully achieve their personal goals.

Values

Compassion - Respect - Commitment - Inclusive - Non-judgmental

Strategic Plan

In the summer of 2020 the Fairbanks Reentry Coalition met with Stellar Group to plan for the next three years. The Strategic Plan gives details about current coalition goals and objectives. The Strategic Plan document that was prepared by and for the coalition can be found here. The Steering Committee S.W.O.T Analysis done June 17, 2022 is here.

Coalition Operational Guidelines

Common ground rules define how we work and lay a foundation for how we build relationships within the community. The Coalition Operational Guidelines outline basic expectations for Coalition members. The guidelines do not replace existing AMHTA Grant Agreements, State policies, or Federal law. Rather, these specific procedures and regulations help form the proper organization and administration of the Coalition. The Fairbanks Reentry Coalition Operational Guidelines can be found here.

Annual Report and Grant Agreement
