Fairbanks Reentry Case Manager may be reached at 907-313-1333 Ext. 5. Referrals are made through the Institutional Probation Officer during reentry planning at a correctional facility three months before release or Field Probation Officer once released. Reentry Case Managers are able to assist reentrants with a variety of local resources. This is a voluntary program!
